| 1. There is a company that has turned vacation days into unlimited. You can work from home and lunch is provided. But the company's meetings are the same as last year and now.
2. This is not a bad company. It's an excellent company to work for. People stay long, and those who quit don't speak ill of them.
3. But a company isn't just for you to work with. An organization and a company come together to do something bigger than what they can do alone. After that work is removed, all that's left are the people gathered.
4. Unlimited leave is a system designed to allow you to rest well and create something good. Companies that start improving their systems will only improve their systems.
5. Such companies know by watching meetings. The atmosphere is great. Everyone talks about good things, and we move on to the parts that come with us next time. What I really want to say comes out after the meeting ends.
6. Meetings at a good company can be a bit awkward. You have to bring up what you don't want to say right then and there. When you come out, you know what has been decided. It's not comfortable to work with, but it's good to work in.
7. Things that have been passed on to the next time are generally not decided for the next time. Last month and this month are the same, and last year and this year are the same. During that time, the company has not released anything to the world.
8. Still, it's still good to go around. Vacation is still unlimited, and lunch is served as usual.
9. That's how a good company to work at and a good place to work do differently.
