Can aging be reversed by human growth hormone?

Human growth hormone (HGH) cannot reverse aging.

While HGH can increase muscle mass and bone density, and potentially improve some age-related symptoms, it does not reverse the fundamental biological processes of aging such as cellular senescence, telomere shortening, or the accumulation of DNA damage.

HGH supplements also carry potential risks and side effects, and their benefits in reversing aging are not supported by strong scientific evidence.
