Blind Report is now available

Today, we added a bulletin board called "Blind Report" to reportbank.com.

We thought it would be good to add features to activate the community on reportbank.com, but suddenly growing this site into a community format would be a significant challenge.

Since you're not users who have to come here, nor users who have to leave, ultimately, it's up to the users to decide.

In the Blind Report, your user_id is not exposed, allowing you to speak freely. Of course, there are potential side effects, and we'll need to find ways to mitigate them.
