No smoking, no beer, no booze, no drugs.
No junk food, no fast food garbage.
No sugary sweet soda's.
Eat plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables, especially leafy green veggies.
Drink plenty of water & fat free milk.
Snack on lots of raw fruits & veggies.
Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner.
Avoid stressful situations at work & at home.
Get 8 hours sleep each nite.
If not a restful sleep, then flip mattress over to level it out to get a better nite's sleep.
