Being Pregnant doesn't make it any riskier to eat raw Oysters.
Anytime you eat raw Shellfish there's a chance you could get something that's not good.
Oysters can carry Hepatitis. If you get Hepatitis when you're Pregnant, you'll probably get sicker than you would otherwise.
But acute Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C are usually not transmitted across the Placenta to the baby.
So it really just depends on how much you want to eat those Oysters.

What substances are most likely to cause a severe reaction?

There are many possible Allergens, but these are the most common:
• Peanuts, tree Nuts (such as walNuts and Cashews), Shellfish (like Shrimp and Lobster), Fish, Milk, and Eggs are the most common Culprits, although any food can cause a severe Allergic reaction. (A great deal of research is being done on whether delaying the introduction of potentially Allergenic foods will delay the onset of allergies in Allergy-prone children. If Food allergies run in your family, your child may be more susceptible.)
• Drugs in the penicillin family (including the popular antibiotic amoxicillin)
• Insect bites and stings (especially from Bumblebees, Honeybees, Yellow jackets, Hornets, Wasps, Fire ants, and Harvester ants)
• Latex (often used in Healthcare facilities)
• Food preservatives and colorings (like FDC yellow No. 5)

Acne is not caused by food.
Following a strict diet will not, clear your skin.
While some people feel that their Acne is aggravated by certain foods, particularly Chocolate, Colas, Peanuts, Shellfish and some Fatty Foods, there is no scientific evidence that suggests food causes or influences Acne.
Avoid any foods which seem to worsen your Acne and, for your overall health, eat a balanced diet–but diet shouldn’t really matter if the Acne is being appropriately treated.
