Use a Foundation that matches your skin tone as close as possible.
Use very light Eye Shadow, and a lip color that matches your Natural Color.
For men, you might get away with little Dabs of Foundation or cover-up just on the Acne area, to minimize any bright red or white colors.
You want the Acne area to look as "Neutral" as you possibly can.
